The "On The Ball K9 Slip" can be used as a regular slip leash over the muzzle for better control of the dog's head.  This helps with dogs that are chronic pullers. The floating ring is there to attach a safety to just in case the dog gets the loop off their muzzle.  **Safety clips are sold seperately**
